Company’s History: The idea of TAN-D Enterprises was conceived in 1985; however, the company wasn’t actually established until 2002, by Dr. DeLois Jackson and associates, who saw the need to build self-esteem, set goals, provide practical advice to teen moms and consulting, training and education seminars, and administration support services to reach the needs of those who are requiring to grow spiritually, personally and professionally. In 2024, Diapers to Diplomas was established.
Mission: Diapers to Diplomas' mission is to provide a supportive community, valuable resources, and personalized guidance to help young moms confidently navigate the challenges of motherhood while pursuing their goals and aspirations.

To reach the needs of those with diverse backgrounds to provide opportunities for them to help themselves and others by providing leadership skills, training, education, build self-esteem, networking support to grow not only in their personal lives but in their professional lives to reach their personal, career and educational goals.

Diapers to Diplomas was born from the belief that every teen mom deserves loves, support, guidance, and an opportunity to achieve her dreams and aspirations.

Our targeted audience is teen moms between the ages of 13-19. Individuals seeking guidance, support, and resources on teen motherhood.
Dr. DeLois Jackson is a native of Florida, founder and CEO of TAN-D Enterprises, where she owns and operates Alpha and Omega Christian Learning Center, a PreK-12 private school. She is an author, inspirational speaker, workshop facilitator, and a book talk host.
Dr. D. Jackson retired from the Department of Defense, where she has more than 30 years of exemplary service.
Dr. Jackson has published five amazing books. She is also a co-author of several anthologies. She writes self-help, inspiration and children's books.
She has reached many major milestones and achieved many accomplishments in her life. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management, a Master of Science degree in human resource management, from Troy State University. In addition, she holds a second Master of Science degree in National Resource Strategy, from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, National Defense University, a Doctorate degree in Ministry, from Freedom Bible College and Seminary, Siloam Springs, AR. She also holds a Doctorate degree in Humanitarian, from Global International Alliance.
She launched a teen mom's program, "Diapers to Diplomas" in 2024 to help teen moms navigate motherhood with grace and purpose from diapers to diplomas!
